SUMMARY:ArtHaus presents\, "Moments in Time"
DESCRIPTION:ArtHaus presents\, “Moments in Time”\nArtHaus is pleased to announce\, “Moments in Time\,” an art exhibition featuring work from Jersey City based multidisciplinary artist Teague Smith. \nTeague’s paintings and illustrations reflect a deep sense of humanity with a distinctive and comprehensive perspective. At times dark and macabre\, his work is soulful\, emotional and uniquely humorous. Each piece is an archive of thought\, or a personally curated moment in time painted in vivid color.  Teague has exhibited in a number of both solo and group shows throughout the United States\, Australia and Paris. He studied at the School for the Visual Arts in New York\, NY. \nIn a recent interview with CANVASREBEL\, Teague revealed he’s inspired by the magic of movies\, specifically horror movies like “The Toxic Avenger”\, “The Fly”\, “The Thing” and also my other favorites “RoboCop” and “2001: A Space Odyssey\,” made me feel excited that someone MADE this surreal unreal vision\, a reality\, and I wanted to be a part of it. \nOpening night is set for Friday\, September 19th\, 6PM-9PM and the show will run through October 15th. \nArtHaus Gallery is a welcoming space for all\, whether you are an avid collector or simply curious about the latest artistic trends. Join us at ArtHaus Gallery\, where the future of contemporary art unfolds before your eyes!
