DESCRIPTION:ArtHaus Gallery presents “Colors of Time”\nArtHaus Gallery is pleased to announce an exhibition of new paintings by Vincent Zambrano. “Colors of Time” is the artist’s first exhibition of new works in Weehawken\, New Jersey\, 2025. \nVincent Zambrano was born in Manta\, Ecuador\, and raised in Queens\, New York. A self-taught artist\, he currently lives and works in Jersey City\, New Jersey. \nZambrano’s paintings are remarkably colorful yet still. From a canoe resting in the water\, to an intimate scene where his wife and godson reach for a hand beneath the surface\, his works are surreal and dreamlike. \nThe exhibition opens October 17th and will be on view through November 13th. Gallery hours are Tuesday through Saturday. DESCRIPTION:Overview: \nThis isn’t your average sip-and-paint. This is a hands-on\, expressive art class designed to spark personal reflection\, encourage creative freedom\, and celebrate individuality. Open to a small group of 6 participants\, the class offers a cozy\, collaborative environment where everyone can connect through art while learning new techniques. \n“What Represents You” Painting Experience \nEach participant brings a reference image that symbolizes who they are—it can be a self-portrait\, a favorite animal or insect\, an object\, or a personal symbol. We’ll dive into color\, form\, and expressive linework using acrylic paints and markers. This option encourages personal storytelling and creative exploration through mixed media painting. \nMaterials Provided: \n\nAcrylic paints & markers\nCanvas board or frame canvas (size TBD)\nBrushes & palettes\nWater cups\, aprons\, and all essentials\n\nAbout the Instructor: \nLoreto Oreckinto (Loretoh.art) is a full-time Chilean-American artist and muralist with over 4 years of experience leading art events and creating community-based projects. Her work focuses on identity\, symbolism\, and personal storytelling through vibrant\, intuitive techniques. \nAll classes can be taught to either children ages 10+ or Adults.
