Experience Hudson County's Newest Creative Hub

My son attended the ArtHaus Summer Program, and I can’t say enough about what a fantastic experience it was. Frank and the crew went above and beyond to make it more than just a “DJ camp.” Not only did my son have a lot of fun, but he also learned how to actually write tracks and compose music. The program combined creativity, hands-on learning, and a supportive environment where kids could really express themselves. It wasn’t just about playing around with equipment—it was about understanding the craft of music-making in a way that felt exciting and inspiring. My son came home every day energized, proud of what he created, and eager to share what he learned. Highly recommend this program for anyone who wants their child to explore music in a deeper, more meaningful way while still keeping it fun!

As a parent interested in the arts, I couldn’t think of a better activity to add to my son’s holistic knowledge than to spend a few hours a week at ArtHaus in Weehawken-  creative project driven disciplines intertwined to explore and enhance every young person’s need for thinking outside the box.

My daughters really enjoyed their time at ArtHaus this past summer. For me, emotional safety is a priority when it comes to my kids. I could tell that they were in a safe environment where they were challenged creatively and socially but yet they were excited to come home every day and talk about what they learned and what they did. Gioia and Elise will definitely be back.

I can’t express how thankful I am for the programs, direction, and curriculum that ArtHaus provided for my kids this summer. My 11 year old and my 13 year old developed tremendously from their short time with Jerrell and Frank over a couple of weeks. Really looking forward to the programs over the school year.

Arthaus exceeded all expectations! My 16-year-old son, who taught himself guitar, joined their summer program and received formal training for the first time. The team was amazing—he learned about music production, collaborated on lyrics with other students, and created a full song by the end of the week. He left with more confidence and a deeper love for music. We’ll definitely be continuing classes year-round!

Our teenage son had a wonderful experience at the art and music program at ArtHaus this summer! He had the chance to explore different instruments, learn the basics of music production and recording, and connect with peers with similar interests. Meeting artists who shared their stories and experiences was especially inspiring. We’re so glad he came away motivated to continue practicing guitar, and we hope there will be more opportunities like this throughout the year—such as workshops and jamming sessions. A truly enriching program!
