This immersive 90-minute program takes kids behind the mic to write, record, and produce their very own shows. From hilarious commercial parodies and pop-culture reaction videos to deep-dives into music trends, students learn the art of storytelling, audio engineering, and collaborative communication.
The Creative Deck Experience
- Total Studio Autonomy: Students take the lead in our pro recording booth, managing the soundboard, editing audio tracks, and mastering microphone technique.
- Collaboration & Laughs: Crafting a podcast is the ultimate icebreaker—building rapid confidence, public speaking skills, and teamwork through creative play.
- Comprehensive Creators: We don’t just hit record. Kids brainstorm concepts, draft scripts, conduct interviews, and curate their own sound effects and intro music.
- School-to-Studio Logistics: Enjoy total peace of mind with direct school pickup at 3:00 PM for students from Theodore Roosevelt Academy, moving them safely straight to the studio.
Program Breakdown & Enrollment
- 📍 Location: ArtHaus Studio, 4700 Park Avenue, Weehawken, NJ
- ⏰ Schedule: 3:00 PM pickup followed by a premium 90-minute studio block
- 👥 Class Size: Capped at five students to guarantee individual time on the mixing deck and mics.
